The District Office will be closed on Thursday, July 16th, to strip and wax floors. The office will reopen on Monday, July 20th.

The offices at Hartford Elementary School, Lewis & Clark Elementary Office & Lewis & Clark Jr. HIgh are closed for the summer. Those offices will reopen on Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
The only office open in the summer is the District office. Please see the attached picture for office hours, etc.
If you need to register a NEW student to the District, please contact Chrissy by phone at 618-254-0607 ext. 2220 or by email at cmalone@wrh15.org to set an appointment to come in and register.
All returning students that did not register during the Early/Online Registration window will need to wait to register until the office staff return on August 3rd.

Pre-K Screening Information
Reminder: EAWR Freshman Fall Signing Day is Monday, May 4 at 6:00 PM in Memorial Gym. We will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Students will meet coaches, connect with teammates, sign their Letter of Intent, and receive a Signing Day t-shirt and dinner with their families. We look forward to welcoming the Class of 2030.
