District Office Closure
The offices at Hartford Elementary School, Lewis & Clark Elementary Office & Lewis & Clark Jr. HIgh are closed for the summer. Those offices will reopen on Monday, August 3rd, 2026.
The only office open in the summer is the District office. Please see the attached picture for office hours, etc.
If you need to register a NEW student to the District, please contact Chrissy by phone at 618-254-0607 ext. 2220 or by email at cmalone@wrh15.org to set an appointment to come in and register.
All returning students that did not register during the Early/Online Registration window will need to wait to register until the office staff return on August 3rd.

Jr. High families: All athletes up-to-date need a current sports physical each year (valid for one calendar year). Schedule now to be ready for fall sports! Baseball, Softball, and Cross Country begin practices in late July before school starts. All students participating in fall activities must also register through SNAP: https://schools.snap.app/LewisClark

8th Grade Graduation is tonight! Tickets are required.
Reminder to all LCJH families regarding tonight’s 8th Grade Graduation Ceremony:
All guests must have a ticket to attend graduation. Please make sure you bring your ticket with you, as admission will not be allowed without one.
Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. and will not open prior to that time.
At this time, no requests have been made to the office for use of the wheelchair/handicap lift. Please note that stairs are used to access the gymnasium. If the lift is required, you must contact the office before 3:00 PM today.
We also ask that everyone remember this is a formal and respectful ceremony held to honor and celebrate our 8th grade students and their accomplishments. Thank you for your understanding, and we are looking forward to a wonderful evening.
