Just a reminder!
Just a friendly reminder that if your student is going to be absent or arriving late, please make sure to contact the LCJH office. This includes days when your student is home sick, has an appointment, or will be arriving later in the morning.
This simple phone call or email is very important to us. It allows us to know where our students are, accurately record attendance, and most importantly, helps us make sure every student is safe and accounted for. Please don’t rely on your student to notify us.
📞 Call the LCJH Office: 618-254-4355
If we are unable to answer, please leave us a message.
📧 Email Mrs. Hale: ehale@wrh15.org
We know mornings can be busy, especially when a child is sick or plans change unexpectedly. We truly appreciate you taking that extra moment to let us know. Your communication with us makes a difference and helps us take the very best care of our Oilers!
Thank you for always partnering with us and helping keep our students safe, supported, and successful!
