Lewis & Clark Elementary School

Welcome to Lewis and Clark Elementary School, a 2009 Illinois School of Character. We are very proud of our school and everything it has to offer kids. As a school implementing PBIS, or Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports, we feel strongly that students should be taught those behaviors that are expected of them. That initiative coupled with our curriculum that is founded with a Balanced Literacy concept has helped our school's scores on the Illinois Standards Achievement Test continually increase over the past four years. As we continually update our website, we hope that you'll find more information each time you visit.
